I plan to fully cooperate with Management regarding the following: *

• Allow Management to show the premises to qualified prospective residents. I understand that if I cannot be reached upon managements good-faith effort to do so, management may enter and show the rental.

• Schedule an appointment and meet with a member of Management, at time of relinquishing possession and returning keys and to conduct a Move-out inspection with Management.

•  Promptly return the keys to Management and completely move and vacate the premises on or before the date stated above.

• Leave the rental in move-in clean condition and free of damages.

•  Pay an additional "buyout" fee, if applicable, to get the rental agreement canceled early and/or without sufficient advance notice provided to Management.

• Provide a forwarding address to Management prior to vacating the rental.
